The vast mansion spreads over 7000 sqft on each floor,
and is a merge of tropical and contemporary luxury style.
The residence is comprised of multiple open courts and
green pockets.The double height spaces add to the
vastness of the house.
The Lotus pond with a feature wall greets at the entrance.
As the ground floor is majorly used for gatherings and
meetings, the plan is left open that stretches over the
complete plot area

First Floor Plan
Continuation of greens and open pockets throughout the first floor that ensures plenty of light and ventilation throughout the house.

Second Floor Plan
A private zone for the family, with a mezzanine family lounge and spaces overlooking the open zones below.
Third Floor
A wellness zone for the residents with open music area and terrace space for organic kitchen garden.
